Breaking Down the New Construction Process
With new construction, it all starts with your vision. When you're looking to build your dream house, having a design you're happy with is the most important thing. During the initial phone call, we will walk you through the process and get as much background on your design as possible. We will review the layout you have in mind, the color scheme, and everything else we'll need to help bring your vision to life.
Once we have a good idea of your project's scope and a design drafted up, our team will get to work. Before you know it, your dream home will be a reality.
What is ADU?
ADU – which stands for accessory dwelling unit – is an additional living space located in the back of your home, similar to a guest house. It can be attached to your home or a separate place entirely. We will design the ADU to be a fully functioning unit with everything your guest needs!
